1. Introduction
Heroes of Newerth is a real time strategy, but unlike other games of this genre, the number of units you can control is very small (usually one hero). Another important feature is that the emphasis is on teamwork, most battles are fought between two teams of five players each.
The subject is the struggle between the forces of good (Legion) and those of evil (Hellbourne), the action taking place on a battlefield where each faction has half the map.
The buildings, towers and armies are autonomous players available for this confrontation with one of the 60 heroes.

Goal in a game is to destroy the main building of adverse faction - World Tree for the Legion, that for Hellbourne Sacrificially Shrine.
2. Login
Because of Newerth Heroes is currently in beta, the producers decided that access to those who want to test it to make calls through. So if you want to participate in these clashes should receive an invitation from someone who can give (in general, beta-testers can in turn send three invitations). Once received the invitation, you can get a valid Key, then create your account and download the game from the official site .
Once you connect using the username and password created above, you'll be able to pre-order the final version. Thus, the launch day will be the only game that could use that user.

As you play, you must click the Play Online Game List and then displaying matches available. To connect to one of them just choose it from the list, but you also can create a new game with specific rules.

I recommend beginners how to use the Select Server> Practice, with options, and No Heroes All Stats maps to familiarize themselves with the heroes without losing ranking points (used for ranking online). Practice Test Mode has an option where you can change certain settings, such as the amount of gold available, experience, or objects.
3. Basics
If you play with the setting Heroes All this means that you can choose any of the heroes, who are divided into three broad categories:
  1. Power (Strength) has a long life which regenerates quickly
  2. Agility (Agility): based on increased armor and attack speed
  3. Intelligence (intelligence): focus on the use of spells

Objects can be found in shops, the most important being the main base. Also, some objects can not be obtained only by using recipes that show you the necessary ingredients (recipe on everything you buy at the store). Also, certain special items may be purchased only from stores located in specific locations on the map. Each hero starts at level 1 and 603 gold coins in your pocket. With gold buy items, then you can improve or give you new skills.
Life points are extremely important because your hero will die when it reaches 0 health, therefore, recommend that the first items purchased are those that can regenerate health points: potions, runes or glass. Thus, it will not necessarily have to go back to base to heal your hero when he's hurt and to lose such experience because you are not near the fighting.

Gold is obtained by killing the opponent with the last kick of the heroes, enemy or neutral units in forests. If you miss the last shot, and the enemies die near you, just get experience. As you get experience, level up your hero will grow, and thereby to improve his skills and spells.

The last line of defense is the main building towers in front of each faction. Once they are destroyed, you can attack and destroy the main building to win the match.Groups of soldiers rise buildings for each of the two camps. In turn, they are protected by a system of towers that works as follows: the distant towers give basic invulnerability nearby buildings, so the first turn gives invulnerability of the second, next to the third and the third gives invulnerability buildings generating units. Destroy buildings, your armed forces will become stronger.

In each of the two bases is also a mystical lake, where life and mana regenerates quickly heroes, and any effects approaching unity (including heroes) is quickly annihilated. Also, when a hero dies, he will be resurrected after a certain period of time in this lake, the players having the option to pay an amount of gold for an instant revival.
Runes are bonuses that can be collected by the heroes. They occur every two minutes either left or right in the regeneration of the map and provide improved speed, invisibility, illusions or double power attacks a hero (the damage).
There are two ways to use them:
  1. Right click on the rune, and when the hero will achieve its effect will be activated immediately.
  2. click on an empty glass, and then click on the rune. In this way, the hero will keep your bottle and rune will activate when you want in the next 2 minutes (the bottle is an object that can be purchased at the store as "bottle").

4. Interface
Interface enables us to see:
  • Playing Time
  • Gold available
  • Mini-map, useful for orientation on the battlefield
  • Spells
  • Hero statistics: life, mana, speed
  • Score hero: how many heroes or units opponent killed and died many times

Defense Of The Ancients Guide

1. What is DotA?
Defense of the Ancients, also known as DotA short, is a special map for real-time strategy Warcraft III map has popularized what would later become like "online multiplayer battle arena." The current version of DotA Allstars is the battlefield for millions of players.
The conflict takes place between two factions DotA, The Sentinel and The Scourge, the two teams each with five heroes. Emphasis is placed on collaboration between team members and the tactics each side to achieve victory. The objective is to destroy enemy main building (The Tree of Life or The Frozen Throne), and the buildings and armies are autonomous players available with a hero and occasionally summon a few units.
2. Interface
One of the basics you need to know to perfection is the interface.
Toggle Formation Movement - This option must always be on setting "diffuse" because the normal band (the triangle shaped) requires all units of a group to travel with the speed of the slower units. If the diffuse band is set, the unit will move each with its own speed. This option is very useful for heroes with spells summon or use the Necronomicon.
Toggle minimap creep display - offers you the opportunity to appear on minimap spawn places of the forest and Roshan neutral monsters (the strongest unit controlled by computer). Its usefulness comes when we killed monsters group of point and want to know if there were others in their place.
Set color mode ally - has three settings:
  • to see on the minimap and field heroes and allies in exactly the colors they started the game
  • on the minimap allies have only one color field to retain their own
  • Allies and enemies have specific colors on the minimap so, and on the ground
From the professional point of view, the most useful way is to use the first set, which is to keep specific colors. That's because there will be times when you're in an action that requires concentration and you can not move the screen to see who you are comes to you. So, if you remember the specific colors opponent early in the game, you'll soon realize that the enemy hero is near you.
Another situation in which the colors helps enormously useful is the hero Morfling uses its most powerful spell (the last) to create an illusion of an enemy to make you think that this is a normal hero. It is true that at first it's harder to play in this way, but once you manage to get used to it, the benefits will become obvious.
Toggle minimap terrain - it is enabled, any item in addition to units and monsters spawn sites is black. It is very useful because you see more big red light as a point comes at you (enemy hero) and you can withdraw from time to escape. The major disadvantage is that in a match where there are observers, the allied and enemy units on the minimap and the same dark background are not distinct. As most of the competition matches have at least one observer, if you want to play professional must learn to have this option disabled.
Minimap signal - it is a tool rather than an option and can be reproduced quickly and gently press ALT + Left Click on the minimap. It is useful for rapid alerts (for example, know where he appeared to signal a rune and give the whole team knows it's there), where you clicked the minimap is marked with a distinguishing mark.

Gameplay:
3.
 Options
Mouse scroll wheel: is the speed of light when moving the mouse touch one edge of the screen. The sooner, the better, so it must be set to maximum. Response speed matter so much in DOTA and a scroll speed is an advantage.
The exexmplu: You submitted a lane and start noticing the enemy heroes to you, but unfortunately you are very close to the camera from the bottom of the screen and it must first move it down and then click to move .The second important action you eat if you do not move quickly and can make the difference between a healthy run and an early death.
Always show health bar s: show your hit points of all units, enemy or allied. This option should always be working to see exactly who to kill first in a battle. We encountered many instances where little life heroes pass without problems besides my allies and they do not kill them because they are not careful.

Video:
Each player will set the video options to your preference and performance of their PC.
But there are two things that must be taken into account. Once, Spell Detail to be put on at least Medium, because otherwise, if you make Double Damage rune for the visual effect is not seen, and two, Kingdom Shadowsmust be active as you can see the Phantom Assassin after their passive ability maxează camouflage.
Sound: in principle, should be on off Music and Sound Effects on volume, because there is magic which, if used in your area of action, can be heard. A good example would be a Nerubian Assassin Vendetta operating in your vicinity. He plays a specific sound, even if you do not see that the hero uses. Thus, you can withdraw preventive already knowing the danger nearby.

Ward's - What are and why should we care?

As you know, "information is power" and the League of Legends is no exception to this rule. Those who have passed Defense of the Ancients are already know what's ward, but for the sake of discussion, you may find some video cameras located on top of a stick, which helps to watch the map. Moreover, when playing against opponents who have no idea what I do, you can assume that 90% of the map is filled with Ward's, and the remaining 10% (where heroes can not get physical) is monitored by spin Clairvoyance .
And halatu '? What's halatu '?
Today, a Sight Ward (standard version) costs 75 gold. If you want to detect enemies hidden or ward's opponents in a certain place (Baron and Dragon usually), but you have money to Oracle's Elixir (400 gold), you're in need of a Vision Ward costing 125 gold ( give a dime, but know that to lose it).
Ward's When to buy?
My recommendation is to take a ward since the first trip back to base and you usually get your boots or another object in addition to your home (teams "profession" buy one ward at the outset to use one of buff's effects - Lizard or Golem - a gank early).
Do not go back on line without a ward unless:
  1. The opposing team has a Jungler (hero to gain experience and gold from killing monsters neutral forest) and / or
  2. Are you really sure you can escape from an ambush (Ghost and Flash works very well in this respect)
Once you've taken your ward will be used depending on which line you are or the role of the team:
  • As a mid, you'll put in one side of the bushes to avoid a gank in the area
  • As a side line or put it in the bush from the river to see the Enemy 'as close to or in front of the dragon (if you're on the bottom line), to be sure and inspired şopârlozaurul dies suddenly, for the benefit of enemies
  • If you are on the bottom line and your teammate has his ward, you can monitor both the dragon and adverse Golem, especially if the enemies have a jungler. Even if you can not gank when that's coming to take your buff, you can try to steal it fled to you.
  • If you got a vision for Twitch and Eve Ward, Ward's place in the bushes of the river does not make much sense, especially since good players already know and you can bypass the standard places, so in most cases, you put your ward times in the middle line, or more to turn back a bit, because stealth heroes are usually to places you can cut off the escape route, and your interest is to expand the detection area of the tower without "holes" in coverage .
Further, the ward's purchases whenever you can. As a personal opinion, if you leave without a ward basis, with more than 75 gold and an empty slot in your inventory, you're doing it wrong.
I thought I saw a putty-cat ... I DID! I DID!
"Concrete, ward and now I see I got a Udyr coming from the jungle to come to gank, haha, can run directly on the turn now." Oy, brake, it's not quite so simple. Ward's really helps you to avoid gank sites, but at the same time your opponent does not need to know immediately that you have one. If Udyr lick when he sees that he hardly came near the bush, you realize it's found, and no longer give out there too soon.
In an ideal situation, not to retreat to the tower unless you see the enemy coming on line in May with the guts to you, in which case your jungler can think of aggressive boar was scared, not that you already know that ambush. It's best to use the bushes to the side and try to kill units last shot as nothing has changed, but close enough to stay healthy for an escape, if necessary.
"But the Bossman, though I know it's in the bush, why should I act as though they would be there?" Simply because a ping on the map may indicate teammates secure a victim, and if you do not have the dealing with incompetent, termites will come immediately to kill the unfortunate who believes in safety. But it takes time for it (especially when the world does not really have Level 2 Boots), and you have to keep a little potential victim on the spot, until properly positioned allies.
Who should buy the ward's?
Even if all team members should buy at least one ward during a match, the order of "default" priority on the purchase would be:
  1. Jungler
  2. Support
  3. Off-tank
  4. Tank
  5. Carry
In other words, one must buy Jungler Ward for dragon and / or Golem / adverse lizard's, mid's not wait to come and put one there because he Bloodrazor raise money. As well, however, do not expect that mid jungler site to place a ward in one side of the bushes at the expense of the dragon. League of Legends is really a team game, but everyone should take care and the square of the end.
Where do I put them?
Summoner's Rift strictly speaking, we use the following common locations:

Also, keep in mind that ward placement sites change with the evolution of the game. If for example you lost tower up / down and the middle, not much point to check the bushes in the river, but it's recommended you monitor lizard and the golem's because the opposing team will be tempted to steal your buff's having a clear advantage in the protection zone.
How to interpret the information provided?
Ward's give you useful information about what is happening on the map, but they can not think for you, so that ultimately you who must look at the minimap and ask yourself some questions:
  • How many enemies can now see the map?
  • I can fight 1-1 if I meet by chance one of those "missing"?
  • How far are teammates?
  • That little can escape into an ambush?
  • Ward existing sites can show me in advance if I am preparing a gank?
As a personal recommendation, if there are more than two opponents out of range, it's good to have even a close ally and try to take your riding to the tower closest ally, otherwise you risk to fall victim to a barbaric gank. When you see it again at least three or four opponents, can you work emerged.
What can I do with Ward's?
Besides revealing an area and detect enemies, ward sites can be used for something more creative:
  1. Teleport destination or specific skills (eg Katarina Shunpo site). Why would you want to teleport you next to a ward? Here 's why d (a backdoor inhibition or Nexus can be done in the same style)
  2. Stopping a Powerball - if you are chased by Rammus and we expect it to catch you before the expiry of the PowerBall, you can throw a ward behind you and entertain you when the wheel stops suddenly spiked
  3. Destroying a tower at level 1 - very risky , not only recommend a premade stuff.
How can I detect?
Okay, now you know where to place them, but getting rid of them if you know where it is? The most expensive solution is to buy an Oracle's Elixir, but if you died two minutes after you've bought, you believe that you wasted 400 gold. Usually the tank is the one that put the oracle, then send it to ward hunt through the usual sites above.
Ward's Vision is a much cheaper solution for major areas (although not as mobile), but keep in mind that some heroes are able to detect and ward sites using skills (eg Shift or Nidalee Arcane Ezreal with the Bushwhack ).
So kids, what have we learned today?
Used properly, ward sites can give you a huge advantage over your opponent and not be ignored under any circumstances. Well, you can not give them any importance, but according to Murphy's laws, opponents will not make that mistake, and after 2-3 premature deaths in the bush, you quickly change your mind about those "75 gold wasted."
